The room was clean with no issues.
I was disappointed by the lack of service during my stay. Despite requesting cleaning multiple times, I only received one cleaning service throughout my two weeks. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep well.

The Deluxe King Room with Spa Bath was super cozy with a king sized bed and a hot tub that made it feel like a mini getaway. The fridge and microwave were handy for midnight snacks. Staff was friendly and really helpful, making the stay chill. The location was easy to get to attractions.

Clean and Quiet Stay, Lacking Some Amenities
The room I stayed in was clean and met my needs for a quiet retreat. Everything worked well, which was a plus for my two-night stay. However, the AC unit was quite loud, which affected my sleep a bit. Overall, I appreciated the value for the price.

I loved how friendly the staff were. They really went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. The room I had was spacious and clean, which I appreciated. I especially liked the ceramic cups and glass glasses instead of cheap paper ones. it felt more homey. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows could use an upgrade. There was a bit of road noise since my room was near the front. I did notice the shower water came out brown at first, which was a bit unsettling. However, it cleared up after a moment. I had no issues with the amenities, and everything worked just fine. I felt safe and overall met my needs for a comfortable place to stay.

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I ever had in a hotel. The lobby smelled rancid, and my reservation was incorrectly dated. They refused to assist me despite my willingness to pay for the correct night. I found a better hotel nearby.
